Northridge

Northridge is a sprawling community with both urban & suburban sensibilities. The area was previously known for it’s “Horse capital of the West” due to its popularity as a city were Hollywood celebrities built their ranches. As home to California State University as well as the Northridge Fashion Center which provides a central gathering place for shopping, dining, entertainment, and leisure unlike any other Valley location.
